I had engaged another builder at the start of the building process for my home. I was left in a mess and proceeded to contact Ryan. Ryan came to me, delivered a quote, a time frame and most importantly he delivered on this. If I had a question, they were always quick with an answer. The process was clearly explained, I was always kept up to date with any delays or deliveries and the quote I was given was honoured with no nasty surprises at the end. At all times our home was treated with respect and the team were always pleasant to have around.

I found that you can very easily get into a real mess with the wrong builder and was very thankful and glad to say that Ryan and his team did no such thing. I was very impressed with the finished results, as were my surrounding neighbours who were shown through the home. I’d be happy to show off my house to anyone and would do the whole process again without any hesitation.

I have recently built a bespoke 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1 car garage home in Oak Flats with Ryan and his team. The build was for the purpose of an investment property – therefore the balance between cost and profitability was paramount. Ryan is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced within the Illawarra housing market. What sets Ryan apart from any other builder is his patience, responsiveness, personability and ability to explain building concepts to me as the customer (someone that is not construction proficient at all!). It’s so important to find a builder you work well with and understands what you’re trying to achieve, Ryan provided me with logical and cost-effective advice whilst managing the entire project from start to finish. The team managed the entire project for me through effective, honest and reliable communication all while I was living in a different state! I cannot recommend Ryan and his team enough and will employ Pase Homes for all future projects.

Ryan and his team built our new family home at Shell Cove. I was referred to Ryan by a friend who had used his building services and were extremely happy with his professional approach to the project and also by his open communication during the build. This time can be very stressful, and Ryan always put our minds at ease on every point. This made the experience a very stress-free time for us.

Our home was a two-storey build and had the added complexity of a concrete swimming pool. His coordination of the build as a whole was a smooth process. Ryan’s excellent finishes and attention to detail is second to none. He misses nothing and his organisation skills are commendable. I have engaged Pase Homes for a number of years for all of our building projects. Ryan Pase is a very honest person in general. This reflects in his approach to the building and formal communications as well. I have known Ryan for almost 9 years and he has always demonstrated these very transparent and genuine traits.
